Our core pillar is based on the "People First" philosophy, delivering holistic and unique experiences that integrate each team member's personal life stage and professional career phase. *Join our Team!* **Experience in:** * Industrial maintenance, * Personnel management, * Preferably food industry **Technical Knowledge:** * Knowledge of ultra-pasteurization and homogenization systems (desirable) * Knowledge of SIG Combibloc packaging systems (desirable) **Responsibilities:** * Manage adherence to the preventive maintenance program for packaging equipment to ensure basic operational conditions * Monitor compliance with maintenance notices by allocating material and human resources for their resolution or elimination, thereby preventing future failures in packaging equipment * Control maintenance expenses through appropriate allocation of material resources to production lines to avoid excessive maintenance costs * Manage closure of corrective maintenance orders in SAP system to comply with the company's internal control guidelines * Administer process KPIs under responsibility by collecting data in SAP to identify deviations and take immediate corrective actions **Competencies:** * Decision Making, * Organization and Execution, * Customer Orientation, **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering **Our Value Proposition:** *Competitive salary plus benefits exceeding statutory requirements.* *Growth opportunities.* Department Supply Chain Position Maintenance Coordinator Locations Lagos de Moreno Plant Employment Type Full-time
