Crown was founded with the goal of valuing and promoting sustainability and this vision continues to be essential to our long\-term future. **Job Description:** 1\.\- Verify, record, and ensure that product and process parameters under your responsibility remain within specifications, performing inspections with required frequency, timeliness, and methodology, and taking corrective actions upon identifying anomalies. 2\.\- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring they are carried out efficiently and optimally. 3\.\- Cover decorator technicians during their meal and break times without neglecting your assigned work area. 4\.\- Secure plates, inks, etc. during design changeovers and provide support in these activities. 5\.\- Clean plates and design cylinders removed from production, and organize ink trays in the assigned area together with the printer decorator. 6\.\- Ensure distribution of supplies to decorators (rubber rollers, rags, water replacement for cleaning carts used for mopping, blankets, general spare parts). 7\.\- Adjust exterior varnish weight (adjust exterior varnish viscosity, adjust secondary blades). 8\.\- Understand and align with objectives defined in safety, efficiency, volume, waste, non-conformance (PNC), cost, and yield indicators, directing efforts accordingly to achieve them. 9\.\- Ensure adequate supply of raw materials as well as timely removal of waste. 10\.\- Review process deviations identified with the Quality department. **What Crown Offers You** ------------------------- * Strong engagement and commitment to the safety of our employees * The opportunity to build a meaningful career * Professional and personal development through training and work experiences **Join us and become part of a team of professionals who are passionate about sustainable packaging!** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ **Working Together** Working Together is one of the five pillars that make up our Twentyby30™ program.
