On-site support activities according to project requirements. A 100% Mexican company is seeking 2 Level 1 Technical Support Engineers for a ONE-MONTH PROJECT. Immediate hiring Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Systems Administration or a technical degree in Systems, or related field. Basic knowledge: Installation, configuration, and updating of Windows 10 and 11, Microsoft/Office 365, Networks, static and dynamic IP addresses, Driver installation, printer installation, and shared network drives. Desirable: Joining devices to local domain, Configuring user profiles in domain. Activities to be performed: Activities will be carried out at the site designated according to requirements — Migration/replacement of laptops and desktops. Backup of information from equipment to be replaced. Configuration of new equipment.
