What You’ll Do (Your Key Challenges) Your mission will be to serve as the **technical pillar** of our Salesforce platform, ensuring its stability, security, and growth. * **Solutions Architect:** Design, develop, and implement **high-quality** Salesforce solutions (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components) that optimize critical business processes. * **Strategy and Optimization:** Customize and configure the platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.) by translating complex user stories into effective technical configurations. * **Technical Collaboration:** Work side-by-side with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations) to understand their needs and propose the optimal implementation strategy. * **Continuous Innovation:** Stay at the forefront of Salesforce updates and trends to ensure our platform consistently adopts best practices. What We’re Looking For (Your Technical Stack and Experience) We need an expert comfortable assuming full responsibility for our platform: * **Proven Experience:** Minimum **4 years of verifiable experience** as a Salesforce Developer and/or Administrator. * **Architecture Expertise:** In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce data model, security aspects, and the ability to make sound architectural decisions. * **Development Languages:** Solid experience with **Apex, HTML, and Java** (or understanding of its interaction with Salesforce). * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. * **Soft Skills:** Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively, clearly communicate technical solutions, and deliver results on time.
