This position is critical to ensuring timely income, healthy relationships with tenants, and administrative and legal control of contracts. **Responsibilities** * Administration and monitoring of lease agreements. * Control of due dates, renewals, and terminations. * Billing and collection of rents, deposits, and services. * Handling and follow-up on tenant requests. * Coordination of preventive and corrective maintenance. * Supervision of vendors and control of maintenance expenses. * Preparation of administrative and financial reports. * Management of payments for utilities, taxes, and property insurance. * Updating of databases and files. RequirementsEducation * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Law, Real Estate, or related field. Experience * 2 to 3 years in lease administration or real estate management. Knowledge * Lease agreements. * Collections and administrative control. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Experience with administrative systems or ERP (desirable).
