**GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:** Perform structural analyses of new and/or existing sites, in compliance with local regulations of each country and international codes governing the design of telecommunications structures. These analyses include braced towers, self-supporting towers, masts, monopoles, and special structures such as platforms and accessories used in this type of structure. Responsible for providing mechanical elements of the structures so that this information can be used in the design and/or review of foundations, as well as for local review of existing buildings/constructions where towers are located. **JOB PROFILE:** **Education and Experience** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Certified graduate. * Preferably 1–2 years of experience in structural steel analysis. * Intermediate-level English proficiency desirable. * Proficiency in structural analysis software such as Staad\-PRO, SAP 200, SAPS, etc., and AutoCAD for drawing consultation and review. **Competencies:** * Excellent organizational skills. * Excellent written and oral reporting and presentation skills. * Ability to work both collaboratively and independently. * Negotiation and conflict management skills. * Ability to work under pressure. * Logical thinking. * Capability to perform 100% remote work. **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Execute tasks within established processes, applying current codes and specifications of each country to ensure structural safety of towers and monopoles. * Perform structural analyses using company-provided software; generate engineering reports (daily/weekly/monthly), issue structural approvals, and provide recommendations for reinforcement projects and foundation reviews. * Create and store mathematical models of analyzed structures in company repositories; ensure generated information meets all required criteria, guaranteeing its usability for future reviews or reference consultations without requiring modifications due to omissions in the original analysis process. * Ensure deliverables meet company quality standards through a quality control process. * Communication with internal/external customers must always involve the assigned supervisor according to the market being served.
