Metal-mechanical company in the steel industry sector; we are seeking a **Programmer-Operator** for a **CNC Machining Center (with MasterCam)**, with over 5 years of verifiable experience and availability to work in San Juan Cuautlancingo, Puebla. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Technical degree in Machine Tools, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics. * **Experience:** 5 years of verifiable experience in metal-mechanical sector companies. * **Technical Skills:** * Proficiency in measurement tools. * Precision in work and cleanliness. * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and apply tolerances. * Proficiency in MasterCAM software (minimum 3–5 years). **Responsibilities:** * Operate and program 3-axis CNC Machining Centers directly on the machine. * Conduct quality tests to ensure parts meet technical specifications. * Handle manual tools such as polishers, grinders, rotary tools, bench vises, files, rotary stones, sandpaper, hand drills, and hoists. * Use and handle measurement tools such as calipers and verniers, among others. * Perform part finishing tasks including deburring, threading, material handling, and cleaning. * Interpret and translate engineering drawings to fulfill part requirements. **Skills:** * Proven experience in operating and programming CNC equipment. * Strong mechanical aptitude and solid mathematical knowledge. * Attention to detail and results-oriented focus. * Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams. **We Offer:** * **Salary:** Monthly, commensurate with experience. * **Benefits:** Statutory benefits. * **Working Hours:** 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. * **Availability:** Willingness to work overtime.
