Main Responsibilities: * Install air conditioning and refrigeration equipment and systems according to technical specifications and blueprints. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on air conditioning and refrigeration systems. * Diagnose equipment and system failures, proposing effective and timely solutions. * Conduct operational tests and adjustments to ensure energy and operational efficiency. * Record all activities performed and report any incidents or spare parts requirements to the supervisor. * Comply with safety and environmental regulations during work activities. * Provide technical advice to internal or external clients regarding the proper use and maintenance of systems. Job Requirements: * Education: Degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Refrigeration Technician, Air Conditioning, Mechatronics, or related field. * Experience: Minimum of 3 years in installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning and refrigeration systems. * Knowledge: Operation of refrigeration and air conditioning systems (split, chillers, UMAS, UPP, etc.). Interpretation of electrical and mechanical blueprints. Use of diagnostic tools and equipment. Industrial and environmental safety standards. * Skills: Technical problem diagnosis and resolution. Teamwork and effective communication. Ability to work under pressure and in variable conditions. Responsibility and commitment.
