**At Grupo FAME we are looking for an Automotive Agency:** **DIGITAL SALES COORDINATOR** **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication or related field. * Age: 26 years and older * Knowledge of CRM * Automotive industry knowledge * Customer service and attention * Communication and negotiation skills * Digital marketing and telemarketing * Valid driver's license * No transportation issues to the northern area along Anillo Fray Junipero **FUNCTIONS / ACTIVITIES:** Generate closing reports, identify opportunities and establish prospecting strategies through analysis and assignment of databases to advisors Ensure customer portfolio for prospecting Increase the number of customers acquired through BDC Ensure compliance with departmental operational standards and guidelines Evaluate performance of sales and digital channels in BDC Develop lead generation strategies.
