




Job Description: WALDOS DOLAR MART IS SEEKING AN ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER IN THE SANTA CATARINA AREA Main Responsibilities: ✅ Supervise overall store operations (opening/closing, inventory, store appearance). ✅ Ensure achievement of sales targets and customer service standards. ✅ Coordinate and motivate the team. ✅ Report results and support the Store Manager in business administration. Requirements: Completed or incomplete bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position (assistant manager, department head, or coordinator in retail/self-service stores). Proficiency in business metrics (sales, shrinkage, productivity). Leadership skills, decision-making ability, and results orientation. Flexible availability (shift work and weekends required).
