The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating welding equipment safely and efficiently to produce finished parts, with a primary focus on safety, quality, and efficient production techniques. * Operate MIG welding equipment and any auxiliary equipment. * Start up and operate assembly equipment. * Adjust and set up welding tooling equipment as needed. * Perform part inspections, including visual inspections and measurements. * Complete required production documentation. * Label and prepare finished products for material handler pickup. * Maintain 5\-S standards in the assigned area. * Report all quality, production, or safety issues to the Team Leader. * Be available to work overtime as required. Requirements * Education: High school diploma or GED required. * Experience: Minimum of two years of experience in the manufacturing sector. Prior experience in an assembly/welding or manufacturing environment preferred. * Skills: * Basic computer and math skills required. * Strong verbal and written English communication skills required. * Ability to work at a fast pace. * Ability to stand for a minimum of 8 hours. * Capable of performing basic maintenance or mechanical tasks. * Problem-solving ability.
