Additionally, they will provide technical support and training to local staff, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and implement PLC programs aligned with the central department @SgmP. * Identify, diagnose, and optimize existing PLC programs to enhance operational efficiency and system reliability. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, and maintenance) to understand automation requirements and develop effective solutions. * Maintain and update PLC software, ensuring compliance with safety standards and industry regulations. * Provide technical support and training to local staff on PLC operation and maintenance. * Document PLC programs, configurations, and changes for future reference and traceability. **Skills and Qualifications** **Technical** * Proficiency in PLC programming languages, including *Ladder Logic*, *Structured Text*, and *Function Block Diagram*. * Practical experience with Siemens S7 platforms. * Solid knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and industrial automation systems. * Ability to diagnose control-related issues and propose rapid, effective solutions. **Professional** * Excellent communication and collaboration skills in both in-person and virtual environments. * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field (preferred). * Certifications in PLC programming and industrial automation (an advantage). **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, Automation, or a related field. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in PLC programming and implementation, preferably with Siemens S7. * Proficiency in PLC programming languages (*Ladder Logic*, *Structured Text*, *Function Block Diagram*). * Solid knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and industrial automation systems. * Intermediate-to-advanced technical English. **Additional Information** Bosch continuously expands its international presence, as cultural diversity represents one of our greatest strengths.
