DESCRIPTION **Company specialized in designing integrated strategies combining energy storage, intelligent energy management, and solar power generation.** * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Saturdays: Worked twice per month (alternating Saturdays, as per internal calendar), from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. * **Location:** Colonia Agrícola, Zapopan, Jalisco. * **Salary:** $14,000 to $16,000 MXN per month. * Bonus of $400 MXN for each billed installation (monthly). **(Approximate bonus range: $2,000 to $5,000 MXN)** * Statutory benefits. **Requirements:** • Degree in Renewable Energy Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in photovoltaic and energy storage system installation, parameter evaluation, and technical calculations. * Valid driver’s license and ability to operate standard vehicles. * Familiarity with the Guadalajara metropolitan area. * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency. * CRM software knowledge. * Proficiency in using manual tools: multimeter, drill, pliers, screwdrivers, energy measurement equipment. **Main Responsibilities:** * 80% fieldwork – 20% office work. * Supervision of installation crews. * Project site surveys. * Project handover to clients. * Execution of maintenance and minor repairs. * Post-sales activities and customer support for system delivery. * Technical support to the commercial department.
