About the company: Baomarc Automotive is a global leader in the manufacturing of metal structures, producing bumpers, door guides, radiator supports, impact bars, among others, of Italian origin with Chinese capital, an automotive industry leader. **Location**: Baomarc Automotive Solutions México, Parque Industrial Querétaro, Qro. **Shifts**: Rotating (availability to work two shifts) **Type**: Full-time What will you do? * Perform **dimensional adjustments** on machinery to ensure specified tolerances and optimal performance. * Carry out **preventive and corrective maintenance** on mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical equipment. * Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic failures; interpret electrical and pneumatic diagrams to quickly identify the cause of faults. * Use and maintain **PLC systems** (basic), including ladder logic reading, simple programming, program backup, and error tracing. * Operate and maintain **MIG and SPOT welding equipment**, ensuring quality and safety in welds. * Work with industrial electricity: motors, panels, variable frequency drives, wiring, grounding, electrical protections. * Apply knowledge of industrial robotics (e.g., Motoman, KUKA, Fanuc robots): routine maintenance, calibrations, basic diagnostics, collaboration in commissioning robotic lines. * Perform cleaning, lubrication, alignments, mechanical adjustments; maintain accurate records of all interventions. What are we looking for in you? **Education / Training:** * Graduated or currently completing studies (TSU / Engineering) in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Electromechanics, or related field. **Experience:** * Minimum **1 to 2 years** (depending on the plant) in industrial maintenance. * Previous experience in the automotive industry will be a significant advantage. **Specific technical knowledge:** * Mechanical and dimensional adjustments. * Basic PLC. * MIG and SPOT welding. * Industrial electricity. * Interpretation of electrical and pneumatic diagrams. * Industrial robotics (experience or knowledge desirable with brands such as Motoman, KUKA, Fanuc or similar). **Additional skills:** * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Teamwork and effective communication. * Responsibility, discipline, organization, and good time management. * Strict adherence to industrial safety standards (LOTO, PPE usage, etc.).
