MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Write programs for PLCs, applications, and HMIs using specific programming languages according to project requirements, maintaining close communication with the client to meet their specifications. * Perform program testing to verify functionality, identify and correct errors, aiming to optimize program performance, ensuring technical requirements and established objectives are met, while managing the team assigned to the project. * Lead, coordinate, and participate in internal validations, as well as lead the execution of the commissioning plan to ensure final acceptance by the client. * Ensure the performance of team members assigned to the project, providing constructive feedback throughout the project development. **EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:** * Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electronics or related field, specialization in Automation * English: Intermediate or Advanced * 3\-5 years of experience as a PLC programmer **KNOWLEDGE:** * Graphcet, Ladder, and Structured Text programming. * PLC programming: Allen Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi * Industrial networks (Ethernet, Ethernet IP, ProfiNET, etc.) * Basic knowledge of electronics and pneumatics. * Basic knowledge of databases (SQL Server). **JOB COMPETENCIES:** * PROACTIVITY AND SELF-LEADERSHIP * RIGOR AND EXCELLENCE * ANALYSIS AND PLANNING * RESULT ORIENTATION * CUSTOMER ORIENTATION * COMMUNICATION AND NEGOTIATION
