HSE Coordinator Queretaro, Mexico \| Quality \& HSE \| Experienced \| Permanent \| August 2, 2025 Job Description Main Tasks Management Representative Responsibilities and Authority for: * Ensure that processes for Health \& Safety Management Systems are established, implemented, and maintained. Report to top management on the performance of the Health \& Safety and Environmental Management Systems. Ensure awareness of customer requirements related to Health \& Safety and Environmental Management Systems is promoted at all levels of the organization. Consider external parties regarding matters related to Health \& Safety and Environmental Management Systems. Monitor proper performance of operational activities at MHMX in the area of Health \& Safety. Ensure and guarantee the physical integrity of workers and company facilities. * Coordinate investigations of accidents and environmental incidents, as well as follow-up on action plans and operational controls. * Ensure compliance with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards, as well as legislation related to safety, health, and environment. * Validate the safe implementation of projects, operational changes, and new production lines. * Supervise EHS management of contractors, visitors, and internal personnel. * Promote a culture of safety and environmental protection throughout the plant. * Coordinate drills, emergency brigades, risk assessments, safety walks, and preventive actions. * Manage the supply of PPE, fire protection systems, and workplace environment studies. * Lead the development and maintenance of the emergency plan, as well as the safety and hygiene committee. Ensure compliance with legal requirements before various government authorities. * Manage procedures, permits, and licenses with government authorities, ensuring timely and proper regulatory compliance. * Maintain an updated legal requirements matrix and follow up on audits, inspections, and verifications. * Coordinate environmental studies and monitoring required by current legislation. * Guarantee availability and proper management of personal protective equipment (PPE) and uniforms. * Conduct safety walkthroughs to identify hazardous conditions. * Facilitate execution of the safety and environmental training program. * Ensure proper handling of non-hazardous waste generated by suppliers. * Follow up on mandatory actions arising from audits or stakeholder visits. Control and ensure property security services, hygiene, and employee transportation. * Coordinate security services. Your Profile Education Level: * Chemical Environmental Engineering * Environmental Engineering * Industrial Engineering Experience: * 3 to 5 years in the automotive industry/ similar position Skills: * Personnel management (Leadership) Technical Competencies * Knowledge of ISO 14000 standard * Advanced English * Knowledge of ISO 45001:2018 standard * Knowledge of standards and regulations related to STPS, PC, SEMARNAT, OSHAS, NFPA, NIOSH, SCT, SS, IMSS, WHO. * Quality, Health \& Safety and Environmental Management System. \#LI\-OnSite
