




Position: Filmmaker / Junior Audiovisual Producer **Location:** Querétaro **Salary:** $8,000–$9,000 MXN monthly (depending on skills) **Schedule:** Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm (1 hr lunch) **Modality:** Full-time and in-person **Start date:** January 2nd About the position We are looking for a young Junior Filmmaker with initiative, passion for modern audiovisual production, and the ability to record and edit dynamic content. Professional experience in companies is not required, but you must know how to operate a camera, have basic knowledge of lighting, audio, and editing, as well as interest in developing creative content for social media, corporate clients, and internal projects. You will participate in recording corporate videos, interviews, product sessions, social media content, commercial material for clients, and the production of the company's own podcast. Main responsibilities Production and recording * Operate camera (mirrorless or similar) during corporate, commercial, and content sessions. * Set up basic to mid-level lighting according to the project. * Record interviews, testimonials, behind-the-scenes, and dynamic content. * Record material for short vertical content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts). * Prepare and organize audiovisual equipment before and after each session. Video editing * Edit audiovisual material in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut Studio. * Create versions in different formats (16:9, 9:16, 1:1\). * Adjust color, sound, and narrative rhythm according to the required style. * Integrate texts, subtitles, and simple graphics. * Deliver final materials optimized for web and social media. Digital content production * Participate in creating content for the company’s podcast. * Operate cameras, microphones, and basic controls during recordings. * Extract short clips from interviews and episodes. * Collaborate with ideas and proposals to improve audiovisual quality. Client projects * Record and edit audiovisual pieces for brands in Mexico and Canada. * Follow provided references to maintain visual consistency. * Meet deadlines and project specifications. Requirements * Basic/intermediate knowledge of recording with DSLR/mirrorless cameras. * Basic editing skills in Premiere, DaVinci, or CapCut. * Basic knowledge of lighting and audio. * Good file and workflow organization. * Responsibility, punctuality, and willingness to learn. * Passion for digital and audiovisual content. Not mandatory, but advantageous if you have: * Portfolio (personal or academic). * Experience recording content for social media. * Knowledge of photography. * Familiarity with subtitle software or basic animation.
