Monday to Thursday from 8:30 am to 7:00 pm; Friday from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm **Initial salary**: $10,000 to 13,000 monthly net **Requirements:** · **Education:** Architect, Civil Engineer, Mechanical Engineer or related field. **Required experience:** · Having developed basic projects in HVAC, Hydrosanitary, Electrical and/or Special Installations. **Knowledge and Skills:** · Ability to read MEP and/or Special Installation drawings. · Knowledge in generating schedules of modeled elements. · Knowledge in generating floor plans, sections, and isometric drawings from modeled information. · Basic knowledge in creating filters within a BIM model. · Proficiency in AutoCAD. · Information analysis and attention to detail. · Task tracking and timely execution. · Responsible. · Organized. **Activities to perform:** · Modeling of MEP and/or Special Installations for infrastructure projects, shopping centers, retail stores, large corporate buildings, and/or business-class hotels using BIM methodology. · Creation of BIM models developed from LOD 100 to LOD 350. · Modeling comprehensive information considering architecture and structure within the assigned project. · Generating documentation from the created model (drawings), along with details and schedules. · On-site work at office. **Software proficiency:** · Basic Autodesk Revit skills. · AutoCAD skills. · Microsoft Excel.
