**We are seeking: Maintenance Leader / Project Leader.** **Requirements:** * Degree in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related field. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position. * Experience managing maintenance and cleaning personnel. * Customer and supplier interaction skills. * Knowledge of HVAC systems. **Job responsibilities:** * Management of preventive and corrective maintenance in an industrial plant. * Monitoring safety and regulatory compliance. * Monitoring and control of critical systems. * Direct interaction with customers and staff. * Coordination with suppliers and contractors. **Offer:** * Base salary: $18,000.00 gross monthly. * Grocery vouchers. * Life insurance. * Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM. * Weekly payroll.
