The position we are seeking is to provide technical support to company staff and customers requiring such support, specialized in technology, networks, and computer equipment. KNOWLEDGE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Updating, preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment, software diagnostics and support. (Desktops and laptops) \- Proficiency in Office suite applications. \- Providing assistance to staff. \- On-site and remote support. \- Data backup for computer equipment. \- Cloning and migration. \- Configuration of multifunction devices.
