We are an innovative company in project management, implementing BIM methodology. **WE ARE LOOKING FOR** Graduated Civil Engineer or Architect to work as a cost analyst **HARD SKILLS** · Experience in construction processes. · On-site activity coordination. · Experience in urban development and infrastructure (desirable) · Ensure that budgeted costs comply with those presented to clients. · Establish master catalogs of inputs, concept catalogs, and machinery catalogs for base budgeting use. · Integration of comparative analyses of subcontractor bids, construction systems, and occasionally materials and machinery costs. · Review of work generators (occasional or random) for client and subcontractor work estimates. · Negotiation of construction prices with subcontractors. · Coordinate site visits to verify that progress complies with the budget. · Responsible for assembling the complete project file for projects participated in, after coordination with the commercial department. · Responsible for budgets to be submitted by administration and/or project. · Periodically update the project's target budget. · Prepare additional and deductive costs resulting from modifications requested by the projects department. · Support all activities related to providing information for the preparation of control plans by the Operations Management. · Review and validation of work progress, both overall and for each control item. · Assist Site Managers in preparing work valuation reports. · Record and control unit costs of construction work. · Prepare monthly Operational Results Report for construction projects. · Prepare weekly Earned Value Report for construction projects. · Review, in coordination with the Site Manager and Construction Manager, the weekly productivity report. · Implement and properly use the management and control tools established by the company. **SOFT SKILLS** · Leadership · Proactive · Self-direction · Teamwork · Commitment · Positive attitude towards goals and challenges · Flexible availability. **WE OFFER:** · Good working environment · Job stability · Long-term projects · Professional growth and development Job type: Full time Job type: Full time, Indefinite duration Salary: $17,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms Work location: On-site employment
