**Position: Executive Assistant for Planning and Executive Coordination**

**About the Position**
We are seeking a candidate with **organizational vision, human sensitivity, and strong executive capability**, who will directly support strategic, operational, and leadership team development management.
This role requires someone who combines **order, analytical judgment, proficiency in planning tools**, and a genuine commitment to **improving communication and strengthening leadership capabilities across the organization.**
This role is critical for integrating the work of the six institutional directorates, enhancing cross-departmental collaboration, and supporting continuous improvement processes.
**Key Responsibilities**
* **Support the Strategic Planning Directorate** in coordinating programs, tracking objectives, and consolidating executive reports.
* **Oversee and update project management tools**, including Gantt charts, Google Tasks dashboards, and progress reports.
* **Analyze institutional data** to produce clear reports, strategic minutes, and executive presentations.
* **Design and coordinate internal communication forums and workshops** focused on leadership development, teamwork, and organizational climate.
* **Identify areas for improvement in processes and interpersonal relationships**, proposing actions that enhance efficiency and workplace environment.
* **Support planning and logistics for executive meetings**, ensuring materials, agendas, and deliverables are prepared and aligned with the General Directorate’s objectives.
* **Facilitate inter-directorate communication**, promoting transparency, collaboration, and mutual respect among diverse teams.
* **Serve as a strategic liaison** between the General Directorate, the Planning Directorate, and other departments, ensuring follow-up, clarity, and institutional order.
**Ideal Profile**
* Bachelor’s degree in **Organizational Psychology, Communication, Administration, Social Sciences, or related fields.**
* Minimum **3 years of experience in planning, coordination, or organizational development.**
* Advanced proficiency in **digital management tools** (Google Workspace, Gantt, Asana, Trello, or similar).
* Excellent **executive writing, analytical, and synthesis skills.**
* Strong **organizational, critical thinking, and time management abilities.**
* **Proactive, discreet, and service-oriented attitude** aligned with institutional goals.
* **Sensitivity toward human resource management**, team facilitation, and constructive communication.
* Preferred: experience in **workshop design or facilitation**, and organizational improvement processes.
