High-impact leadership role with strategic visibility **Engineering Manager – Electronics Manufacturing** **Location:** Finsa Park, Tlaquepaque, Jal, Mexico **Salary:** MXN $70,000 gross/month \+ benefits **About the Role** Inventronics is seeking an experienced **Engineering Manager** to lead and strengthen our engineering function within a high\-volume electronics manufacturing environment. This role is critical to ensuring operational excellence, product quality, and continuous improvement across processes and projects. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and develop the Engineering team (Process, NPI, Test, and Manufacturing Engineering) * Drive **continuous improvement initiatives** (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma) * Oversee **New Product Introduction (NPI)** and ensure successful product launches * Ensure process optimization, yield improvement, and cost reduction * Collaborate cross\-functionally with Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain * Manage engineering KPIs: efficiency, scrap, downtime, and productivity * Support customer requirements and technical problem\-solving **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in **Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering**, or related field (Master’s preferred) * **8–12\+ years of experience** in electronics manufacturing environments (EMS preferred) * Proven experience leading engineering teams in a managerial role * Strong knowledge of **SMT, PCBA, and electronic assembly processes** * Experience with **Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and problem\-solving methodologies (8D, DMAIC)** * Solid understanding of quality systems and customer\-driven environments * Advanced English (professional communication required) **What We Offer** * Career growth in a global manufacturing environment * High\-impact leadership role with strategic visibility Sueldo: $70,000\.00 al mes Beneficios: * Caja de ahorro * Seguro de gastos médicos * Seguro de gastos médicos mayores * Seguro de vida * Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldo * Vales de despensa Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
