Conduct operational audits at sales points At Club Deportivo Guadalajara, we are looking for a Controller Supervisor — a key position to ensure proper control of administrative and financial processes related to inventory, sales, and reconciliations across our various sales points, guaranteeing compliance with internal policies, execution of operational audits, and financial information reliability. Objective Supervise and ensure proper control of administrative and financial processes related to inventory, sales, and reconciliations across different sales points, guaranteeing compliance with internal policies, execution of operational audits, and financial information reliability. Main Responsibilities Supervise initial and final inventory control across different sales points and concessions Validate accurate sales recording in point-of-sale (POS) systems and reconcile with inventory and financial reports Verify compliance with internal operational policies, procedures, and guidelines Conduct operational audits and random inspections at sales points to ensure proper handling of products, cash, and records Supervise the sales, inventory, and cash movement reconciliation process Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field 1–3 years of experience in operational supervision of sales points or concessions in food and beverage, preferably within large-scale events Proficiency in Office 365 and ERP systems; SAP is desirable Availability to join a dynamic, high-demand operation Knowledge Areas Sales point operations and logistics Inventory and supply control Staff supervision and concessionaire support Sales and cash movement reconciliation Food hygiene and safety standards Benefits 30-day year-end bonus Social Security and Medical Services (SGMM) Funeral expense coverage Grocery vouchers Savings fund Subsidized cafeteria Exclusive staff discounts. -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education — Bachelor’s degree 3 years of experience
