Job Summary: Yapsi, a regulated Mexican Fintech company, is seeking a Fullstack Developer to design, develop, and maintain comprehensive solutions while ensuring performance and security. Stability and professional growth within the regulated Fintech sector At Yapsi, a Mexican Fintech authorized by CNBV and Banxico, we are looking to onboard a Fullstack Developer with experience in end-to-end projects (frontend and backend) and microservice architecture, capable of designing, developing, and maintaining complete solutions while ensuring performance, security, and an optimal user experience. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years of professional fullstack development experience * Experience working with mobile apps and **Flutter** * **Firebase** * **AWS** * Proven experience in **microservice architecture** * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field * Technical English **Additional Skills:** * JavaScript / Node.js * PostgreSQL * Docker * **Atomic Design** * Proficiency with **Figma** * HTML, CSS, React or Angular * Git, unit and integration testing * Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) **Primary Responsibilities:** * Design and develop user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (React or Angular), ensuring responsiveness and accessibility, and collaborating with designers to transform mockups and wireframes into functional applications. * Develop and maintain servers, databases, and RESTful APIs using Node.js, Python, or Java, implementing server-side logic with a focus on security and efficiency. * Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of web applications using modern technologies. * Perform corrective and evolutionary maintenance of existing applications, diagnosing and resolving technical issues reported by users or identified during testing. * Conduct unit and integration tests to ensure code quality, identifying and fixing bugs and performance issues. * Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for developed features, as well as procedures and best practices for team knowledge sharing. * Address and resolve technical incidents reported by users, providing support and guidance to the team. * Use Git to manage and document code changes, staying up to date with the latest trends and technologies in web development. **We Offer** * Direct employment. * Stability and professional growth within the **regulated Fintech sector**. * Working hours: **Monday to Friday**, on-site. * Direct participation in a growing, regulated financial operation.
