




We are looking for a professional with solid experience in general maintenance and operation of luxury villas, capable of moving with almost surgical precision between technical tasks, operational follow-up, and logistical support. You will be responsible for ensuring that each property is in optimal condition, functioning as a key cog in the team to maintain premium service quality. **Main Responsibilities** * Opening and closing properties, verifying their overall condition, security, and functionality. * Complete operational inspection of properties: plumbing, electricity, climate control, water pressure, equipment, lighting, and general details. * Identifying needs and generating maintenance quotes. * Administration, control, and tracking of quotes and budgets. * Supervision and coordination of internal and external maintenance work. * Supplier management: entry, exit, activity supervision, compliance with timelines and quality standards. * Operational support during staff (HK, maintenance, suppliers, external services) arrivals and departures. * Immediate reporting of incidents and preparation of daily logs. * Ensuring each property meets established quality, functionality, and presentation standards. * Any other activities necessary to guarantee smooth operations and impeccable service. **Requirements and Candidate Profile** * Proven experience in luxury villa, high-end condominium, or premium property maintenance. * Proficiency in plumbing, electrical systems, air conditioning units (preferably with experience in mini-splits, VRF, or Inverter systems), and general maintenance. * Knowledge of basic and advanced maintenance tools. * Impeccable time management and ability to organize multiple tasks without compromising quality. * Proactive individual with strong problem-solving skills and excellent technical judgment. * Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines. * Service-oriented attitude, responsibility, and commitment. * Valid driver's license. * Availability to travel between properties and respond to urgent needs. * Desirable: inventory control knowledge, ability to read technical manuals, and digital reporting. **Desirable Competencies** * Meticulous attention to detail. * Clear communication for coordinating with teams and suppliers. * Ability to anticipate failures or risks in properties. * Teamwork and adaptability. * Punctuality and operational discipline.
