




**Position Objective** The Engineering Designer will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and reviewing technical area installation projects, ensuring compliance with current regulations, company quality standards, and established objectives on time and as required. **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare complete executive designs for **plumbing, stormwater, gas, electrical, voice and data, fire protection (PCI), and HVAC systems**. * Develop drawings from the conceptual stage through to final delivery of executive plans. * Model and document all corresponding systems and installations using **Revit**. * Coordinate reviews with **external specialists** and follow up on their comments. * Conduct **site visits** to verify proper installation execution. * Coordinate **gas inspections and tests** with relevant authorities. * Prepare **payment requisitions** for suppliers and consultants related to the area. * Collaborate with **cost and construction teams** to optimize designs and ensure technical and economic efficiency of projects. * Ensure **compliance with applicable technical codes and regulations** for each system. * Manage, if necessary, **procedures with government agencies** related to projects. **Requirements** * **Education:** Degree in Civil Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Architecture, or related field. * **Minimum Experience:** 3 years in installation design and coordination. * **Technical Skills:** * Intermediate to advanced Revit (essential). * AutoCAD. * Knowledge of regulations, standards, and installation specifications. * **Desirable:** Experience in vertical developments. * **Availability:** For site visits and in-person coordination with internal departments. **Competencies and Skills** * Sense of urgency and high level of responsibility. * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Decisive and proactive attitude. * Teamwork and collaboration with other departments. * Effective communication and timely follow-up on commitments. * Organizational and efficient time management skills. * Positive attitude and commitment to team goals. **We Offer** * Competitive salary based on experience. * Opportunities for professional growth within the projects department. * Excellent work environment. * Involvement in high-level, high-impact projects.
