Calibrate all controls, indicators, meters, etc. Identify, locate, and maintain all shut-off valves. Order, label, and store parts and supplies as needed. Manage and control inventory and purchase order records. Inspect tools, equipment, or machinery. Enter and retrieve job-related information using computers. Operate a forklift. Complete life safety checklist, including fire pump operational test, and generator operational test. Inspect fire sprinkler valves and alarm systems. Assist in developing accident and/or disaster response protocols. Respond to and resolve guest repair requests. Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees. Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; and complete required safety training and certifications. Ensure personal appearance, uniforms, and grooming are clean and professional, and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guest service needs, and assist people with disabilities. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with other employees, support team in achieving common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to concerns from other employees. Ensure compliance with quality expectations and standards; identify, recommend, develop, and implement new ways to increase efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and/or cost savings. Communicate with others using clear and professional language. Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machinery. Reach above the head and below the knees; including bending, twisting, pulling, and crouching. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than 50 pounds without assistance. Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying sizes and weights. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time. Ascend and descend stairs and/or service ramps. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors. DESIRABLE SKILLS Education: Diploma issued by a technical, trade, or vocational school. Relevant Work Experience: At least 2 years of relevant work experience. Supervisory Experience: At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
