*This vacancy comes from the Talenteca.com job board* ### **Vacancy for company Talent Hunt in Cabo San Lucas \- Los Cabos, Baja California Sur** ### **Position Profile: Construction Supervisor** **Position:** Construction Supervisor **Location:** Los Cabos, Baja California Sur **Department:** Construction / Projects **Reports to:** Construction Manager or Project Manager ### **Position Objective:** Ensure the proper physical and financial progress of assigned projects through periodic on-site supervision, validation of estimates, progress control, and verification of contractual and technical compliance by contractors and suppliers. ### **Position Requirements:** **Experience:** 3 to 5 years in construction supervision, estimate control, progress review, and payments. Desirable experience in residential, commercial, or tourism-related projects in coastal areas. **Technical Knowledge:** Construction and estimate control. Knowledge of construction regulations. Administrative procedures related to construction (releases, permits, payments).
