As part of the Auberge family, you will be responsible for: Excellence in food presentation, technical cooking knowledge—including knife skills and proper storage—supervision and management of kitchen staff, service-oriented attitude, organization, and accurate execution of assigned tasks to ensure required quality and operational flow in the kitchen during your scheduled shifts; equipment and workstation cleaning procedures; dish preparation; and handling of the distinctive H and Crystal standards. **Duties and Responsibilities** * Assign daily tasks to line cooks. * Maintain a consistently clean workstation—including storerooms, freezers, and walk-in coolers—and report material shortages to the chef. * During service, remain attentive to the chef’s announcements and respond appropriately; responsible for inventory control within your assigned area. * Accountable for all equipment and materials under your supervision. * Oversee a specific production area. * Organize and plate food for service. * Supervise other kitchen staff. * Capable of efficiently performing duties across various kitchen stations. * Maintain full control over the preparation of your dishes. * Ensure your workstation complies with hygiene and sanitation policies. * Maintain excellent communication with your team. * Train staff. **Requirements** **Education Level** Bachelor’s degree or completed high school education **Language** Intermediate English (spoken and written) **Additional Information** Auberge Collection is a portfolio of extraordinary hotels, resorts, residences, and private clubs.
