We are seeking Architects or Civil Engineers for our cost and budget department. **About the Role:** Assist in ensuring budgets are properly prepared based on labor productivity, pricing, and material quantities. Ensuring they align with market prices and meet requirements regarding cost, time, and quality. **Responsibilities:** * Generation of comprehensive budgets (construction and interiors) * Preparation of documentation: bill of quantities and quantifications * Item catalogs * Unit price analysis * Review and adjustment of ongoing budgets * Quotations, understanding of structural drawings **Requirements:** * Education: Architecture or Civil Engineering * Software: Microsoft Office, Opus/Neodata.
