Requirements: * Completed bachelor’s degree * Basic English proficiency * Proficiency in Microsoft Office * Preferred experience: 3 years * Availability to rotate shifts Responsibilities: * Promote a safety culture across all levels of the company. * Conduct risk analyses. * BDS – Unsafe risks. * Analysis of potential risks. * Reduce risk premium and manage ST7, ST9. * Ishikawa, 5 Whys, 6W2H (preferred). * Collaborate closely with medical services. * Current Mexican legal regulations from STPS, environmental and health standards (O36), ergonomic assessments (preferred). * Root cause identification in incidents. * Incident investigations.
