**EMPLOYMENT FOR RESIDING IN SAN JOSE DEL CABO, BAJA CALIFORNIA SUR** Responsible for welcoming all our guests and owners with quality and attention, performing duties efficiently according to established procedures and quality standards. Provides professional service with a genuine attitude that meets guest expectations, earning their recognition and preference towards the dining venue. Promotes food and beverage sales to increase revenue and achieve established goals. Follows instructions from immediate supervisor regarding tasks and responsibilities assigned before and after shifts. Verifies service stations are properly equipped and assists in setting up tables according to established standards and type of service. Participates in briefings at the beginning of each shift to receive information about daily specials, shortages, VIPs, groups, events, general comments, and exchange of opinions. Consistently offers a warm and professional welcome and farewell to guests upon arrival and departure from the dining venue, always maintaining an impeccable posture and appearance. Assists in seating diners at assigned tables. Greets customers cordially, introduces themselves by name, and informs guests they will be the person serving them. Carries out all instructions and tasks assigned by immediate supervisor, as well as responsibilities required by the position. Follow-up and responsibility for the Cristal program.
