




Requirements: * Excellent customer service * Advanced English * Proven experience in the hospitality industry * Proactive, clean, hardworking, flexible schedule, punctual * Knowledge of inventory management * Organized, ability to work under pressure * Teamwork enthusiasm. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Your job consists of preparing all dishes (established recipes) with cleanliness, proper seasoning, and pleasant flavor * Preparation of sandwiches * Maintain strict control over food production to manage operating costs * Properly rotate stock * Maximize product yield, avoiding unnecessary waste * Maintain constant cleanliness, hygiene, and order in the kitchen * Assist the Executive Chef in preparing various events and special orders * Perform weekly general cleaning of cold rooms and refrigerators * Record pending tasks in the kitchen logbook or whiteboard * Assist in preparing the mise en place for the cold station * Serve menu items with established quality, presentation, and speed * Maintain constant availability for different scheduled shifts * Perform duties with order, cleanliness, and honesty * Support the Executive Chef in monthly inventory Job type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Option for indefinite contract * Free uniforms Application question(s): * Are you currently residing in Los Cabos?
