




Main responsibilities: * Customer follow-up. * Downloading invoices through digital portals. * Managing physical and digital files. * Handling information (reports, files, records, etc.). * Creating and updating databases. Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of experience. * Basic knowledge and/or experience in the billing area. * Proficiency in CASA and CONPAQi systems. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Customer service orientation. * Teamwork skills. * Proactive attitude. * Speed and accuracy in data entry. * Attention to detail. * Collections management. * Organizational skills. * Up-to-date knowledge of SAT requirements. 100% on-site work Job type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 – $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Food vouchers Work location: On-site employment
