




**General Objective:** Ensure the formation, development, retention, and productivity of the company's human potential through recruitment, selection, induction, integration, and development strategies, as well as continuous improvement of the work environment and effective human relations, achieving a high quality of work life within the organization, in compliance with the principles, values, and regulations established by the company. **Job Responsibilities:** * Guarantee the attraction of human talent according to the hospital's needs, complying with established policies and procedures and within the specified time frame for each position (responsible figure for carrying out the recruitment function, ensuring personnel selection according to process, including initial interviews, competency assessments, technical knowledge, and skills evaluation). * Ensure the evaluation of new employees by sending monthly and annual competency evaluations to area managers and generating training and competency development commitments for staff. * Timely follow-up on the annual training and continuous development program for personnel, as well as necessary certification courses, to comply with STPS regulations and hospital certifications. * Lead the annual performance management process for all unit employees, issuing year-end indicators and following up with low-performing employees. * Maintain the authorized staffing level for the hospital unit within budget. * Administer and analyze results from the annual employee engagement survey, share findings with unit directors and area managers, and jointly coordinate an annual improvement plan. * Consolidate and analyze monthly indicators, thoroughly review root causes together with directors and the unit’s leadership team, propose improvements to HRBP Management. Conduct monthly meetings to present KPI results and strategies at UH. * Hold periodic meetings with unit union delegates to maintain open communication regarding staff needs; must coordinate meetings and prepare minutes of discussed topics. • Enforce compliance with the current collective labor agreement applicable to the hospital. • Carry out employee separation processes for the unit, always conducted respectfully toward employees, according to legal guidelines and approved percentages. • Participate in and consolidate a NOM-035 plan that ensures our employees work in a healthy environment. * Implement the MAC Star Recognition Program within the unit, involving leaders from their respective areas. * Request the annual purchase of employee uniforms and distribute them according to the approved general uniform chart. * Know and apply hospital procedures and policies. * Attend training courses determined by the hospital. * Actively participate in drills, emergency codes, Facility Security System brigades, and scheduled simulations. * Participate in Patient Safety training. * Perform all duties inherent to their area of expertise. * Implement guidelines and policies to ensure proper functioning of human capital processes (regulations, procedure manuals, and/or specific directives). * Develop and update the hospital unit’s organizational chart. * Participate in developing job profiles and descriptions; responsible for providing job descriptions when new positions are created. * Ensure correct organizational structure in SAP according to the hospital’s applicable model structure. * Verify execution of the recruitment and selection process, candidate hiring, file compilation, and database creation according to established procedures. * Promote and disseminate company values to strengthen employee engagement and organizational culture. * Supervise that organizational and job-specific inductions are properly conducted. * Oversee the planning of integration activities and events for staff to foster a positive work climate and organizational culture, fulfilling those defined by corporate and those established by the unit. * Ensure the development and compliance of the annual vacation schedule. • Ensure timely internal communication with staff through various communication channels. • Supervise the management of uniform and credential acquisition and guarantee timely delivery to personnel. * Administer and enforce the internal work regulations, code of conduct, and Federal Labor Law in coordination with the legal-labor department, monitoring compliance with employment obligations. Apply progressive discipline as appropriate, generating records, warnings, suspensions, terminations, etc. * Actively participate in committees established and assigned by the organization related to human resources. * Jointly validate with the payroll department incidents reported by supervisors. * Supervise that all required payments are processed with proper authorization for: fees, bonuses, commissions, overtime, compensations, severance packages, studies, intern payments, and any other non-payroll expenses authorized by management. Also ensures payroll deductions for hospital services. * Supervise activities related to the quality plan established by CSG, such as: assignment and reassignment of personnel, personnel file administration, job and organizational inductions, education plans, performance evaluations, and medical privileges. * Respond to and provide information to government agency representatives when required during audits or state or federal inspections. * Manage and control departmental human, material, financial, and technological resources. * Monitor that employees have the necessary tools for efficient job performance: system access, computing equipment, furniture, as applicable. * Enter centrally authorized salary and wage modifications into the employee system. * Review variable payments entered into payroll, verify overall content, and sign off after validation. * Review with the personnel administrator all payments in each payroll cycle using the biweekly analysis report (current vs. previous biweek). * Schedule payroll disbursement through banking on defined dates and assign employee payment cards. * Provide management with visibility twice a year on employee vacation balances; must alert managers about vacations nearing expiration according to the Federal Labor Law so they can be taken on time. * Prepare financial reports related to data generated by payroll payments. * Promote passport advancement across departments based on competency development. * Develop indicators for quality programs, present findings, and implement preventive and corrective actions based on analysis outcomes. * Provide requesting departments with required reports to meet quality indicators. **Education:** Bachelor's Degree / Engineering **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in a leadership role **Schedule:** **Travel Required:** **We Offer:** **Hospital:** **H+ Los Cabos** CONTACT **Email:** brenda.ponce@hospitalesmac.com **Phone:**
