Job Description: At Inde Innovación en desarrollos, we are currently seeking talented individuals to join our great team in the COSTS AND BUDGETING department. **Objective:** Responsible for generating project costs while ensuring quality and performance according to established parameters. **Functions and responsibilities:** 1. Develops the item catalog for assigned projects. 2. Creates quantity takeoff tools to calculate construction quantities for assigned projects. 3. Obtains supplier quotes for materials to prepare budgets. 4. Conducts technical comparisons in construction bidding processes. **Profile requirements:** * Proficiency in unit price analysis and budgeting. * Knowledge of construction standards, regulations, and catalogs (e.g., CONSTRUCTO, Neodata, Opus, or similar). * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, financial formulas, macros desirable). * Cost estimation software (Neodata, Opus, etc.). Academic qualifications: * Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Engineering, or related field. * **Work experience:** * Minimum of 2 to 3 years in cost analysis, budgeting, and construction control. * Experience in construction or development companies is desirable.
