GRUPO ECO IS SEEKING AN OPERATIONAL AUDITOR: **Position Purpose:** Examine and evaluate the proper and effective implementation of internal control systems through physical inspections at service stations, as well as safeguard company assets by proposing preventive and corrective actions based on compliance with established internal procedures. **Main Responsibilities:** \* Cash reconciliation: Review fuel and peripheral sales amounts in our internal system. Compare recorded data versus physical counts. \* Count cash held by the manager in the office and cash register. \* Identify reasons for any discrepancies found. \* Review the preparation of accounting packages. \* Review all matters related to incoming cash (dollars, transactions, electronic wallet, value transfers). \* Compliance: Review maintenance checklists and logbooks. \* Verify completion of scheduled activities according to established procedures. \* Review folders containing documentation and checklists defined by company policies and procedures. \* Service Station Image (maintain facilities in good condition). \* Asset Protection: Check functionality of security cameras, secure doors and windows, and visibility of authorized personnel access policy. \* Inventory of Oils and Other Products (timely detection of shortages). \* Fuel Inventory Control (identify shortages and overages). **Requirements:** Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles Valid driver's license Experience in auditing Willingness to travel Employment type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 - $19,950.00 per month Benefits: * Company vehicle * Savings fund * Employee discounts * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance Work Location: On-site position
