RESPONSIBILITIES: * Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering excellent service. * Manage the assigned portfolio of delinquent accounts. * Identify and promptly resolve account-related issues through problem-solving and multitasking skills to meet departmental objectives. * Respond to inquiries, payment reversals, special billing requests, and reports.
