The person in this position is responsible for achieving sales goals by applying the 4x3 customer service protocol with each client, as well as participating in manual and computerized decorative paint color matching according to the company's internal policies. Objective * Achieve assigned sales targets. * Timely application of the 4x3 Customer Service Protocol. * Perform manual or computerized decorative paint color matching. * Move sales stock in optimal quantities. * Provide excellent customer service with a courteous and friendly attitude. Fulfill assigned job responsibilities. Activities and Responsibilities * Arrive on time at the branch, properly dressed in uniform. * Clean and organize branch products. * Manually match vinyl paint, enamels, automotive lacquer, and acrylic enamel according to customer requests. * Manage the color matching logbook and the split materials logbook. * Report any materials in poor condition due to use for paint matching. * Keep Color Center equipment clean and in good condition. * Perform preventive maintenance on Color Center equipment. * Organize, face, and rotate products to prevent expiration. * Load and unload products. * Perform cross-selling. * Operate point-of-sale system for issuing invoices, quotations, sales reports, and inventory management. * Prospect customers through flyers, mailing, and call center activities. * Display current advertising materials appropriately. * Attend the company's internal training courses to fulfill career development plans. All other duties inherent to the responsibilities of the position.
