




**Join the Los Cabos Children’s Foundation team!** **Position Objective** Ensure Los Cabos Children's Foundation's investment in allied organizations and oversee the volunteer program, guaranteeing impact, transparency, and strengthening. **Main Responsibilities** * Review and analyze projects submitted by applicants requesting recurring funding, ensuring alignment with LCCF objectives. * Manage and strengthen relationships with Allied Programs through accompaniment, follow-up, and results measurement. * Evaluate and communicate achievements of Allied Programs through clear and accurate reports. * Coordinate participation of Allied Programs in community, corporate, and volunteer events. * Support the creation of content about Allied Programs for external dissemination. * Establish and monitor performance goals for the volunteer area. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, Social Sciences, or related fields. * Experience in design, monitoring, and evaluation of social programs. * Proficiency in impact indicators and report writing. * Experience in resource management and community partnerships. * Intermediate to advanced English. * Availability for field visits in Baja California Sur. **Key Skills** * Organization and attention to detail. * Service-oriented attitude and good communication skills. * Interpersonal and emotional intelligence. * Ability to work in a team. **What We Offer** * Statutory benefits and additional vacation days. * Work modality: 60% onsite / 40% virtual. * Working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00\. * Other benefits.
