**Construction Superintendent** **Requirements:** * Civil Engineer, Architect * 7 to 10 years of construction experience, with at least 3 to 5 years in supervisory roles. * Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects. * Experience working with AutoCAD, Civil 3D (advanced), OPUS (advanced), Office, Excel (advanced), MS Project. **Job Responsibilities:** * Planning and coordination: Daily site construction operations, develop and maintain construction schedule, coordinate and schedule contractor and supplier activities, ensure availability of materials, equipment, and labor. * Supervision and control: Ensure works are carried out according to drawings and specifications, conduct daily inspections to ensure work quality, resolve technical and construction issues as they arise. * Personnel management: Supervise and evaluate the performance of site supervisors and on-site staff, ensure compliance with site safety policies, promote a collaborative and efficient work environment. * Cost control: Monitor and control project budget, review and approve justified change orders within budget, identify and mitigate financial risks during project execution. Availability to relocate to Cabo San Lucas, BCS.
