




METATE CABO Restaurant (fine dining) is seeking due to expansion: **Pastry Chef / Cook B** **Functions and responsibilities:** Preparation and decoration of pastry products such as cakes, cookies, tarts, chocolates, and other sweets, using culinary and creative techniques to produce both traditional recipes and customized creations. Be responsible for specific areas such as griddle, fryer, among others. Assist in menu planning and execution, following instructions from Cook A or Chef. Ensure food is prepared at proper temperatures, served timely, and hygiene standards are met.
