At INGENOR MÉXICO, we are currently seeking professionals to fill the following position: **ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS.** **\-MUST RESIDE IN CABO SAN LUCAS, BCS, ZIP CODE 23457** **\-MUST HOLD A VALID PROFESSIONAL DEGREE AND LICENSE** **BIM ARCHITECT/ENGINEER (Models \+ ACC Docs, Builds and Costs)** **Position Purpose** Responsible for the coordination, review, and control of BIM models (Architecture, Structures, and MEP), ensuring consistency, document traceability, and efficiency in digital management processes using Autodesk Construction Cloud (Docs, Build, and Cost). **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate the federation of BIM models and their interdisciplinary validation. * Execute and document *clash detection* processes between architecture, structure, and MEP. * Manage submittals, reviews, RFIs, and approvals within ACC. * Ensure compliance with BEP, WBS coding, and file naming conventions. * Maintain up-to-date records of versions, issues, and approval workflows. * Provide technical support to project teams for correct use of ACC Build, Docs, and Cost. * Generate coordination reports, interference matrices, and action tracking. * Assist in validating model-linked budgets (Cost Management). **Technical Competencies** * Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, and ACC (Docs, Build, Cost). * Knowledge of BIM processes at LOD 100–400. * Digital document management and version control. * Interdisciplinary BIM coordination. * Understanding of construction processes and 4D/5D estimations. **Behavioral Competencies** * High level of detail and technical accuracy. * Analytical ability and systemic thinking. * Clear and documented technical communication. * Discipline, organization, and adherence to procedures. * Ability to work collaboratively remotely and on-site. **Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * Percentage of interferences detected and resolved. * Compliance with BIM deliverables and reviews. * Average times for ACC review/approval. * Model accuracy compared to as-built conditions. * Compliance with institutional BIM standards and BEP. \- Interested candidates should apply through this channel. \- Final salary negotiable.
