AUTOMOTIVE MECHANICAL ENGINEER
Job Summary:
This role involves comprehensive post-sale customer service, including problem reception, service order management, customer communication, and policy application, with a focus on electric vehicles and motorcycles.
Key Highlights:
1. Technical experience in after-sales service for electric vehicles/motorcycles.
2. Proactive communication with customers to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
3. Management and tracking of after-sales service orders.
**Requirements:**
* Prior experience in the electric vehicle, motorcycle, or home appliance sectors will be valued; **at least one year of relevant experience is required.**
* Completed bachelor’s degree
* Technical experience in after-sales service for electric vehicles/motorcycles, and familiarity with the principles, fault diagnosis, and repair processes of major electric vehicle components (battery, motor, controller, charger).
* English reading and writing skills, capable of communicating with the business team and reading technical documentation in English
**Responsibilities:**
* Customer consultation and issue reception
* Receive post-sale customer inquiries (distributors / end users) via telephone, WhatsApp, email, or system.
* Record and categorize customer issues (vehicle malfunctions, part replacements, warranty requests, etc.) and create after-sales service orders.
* Preliminarily determine responsibility based on issue type (customer usage / product quality / transit damage).
* Track after-sales service orders
* Timely assign customer issues to regional engineers or technicians.
* Monitor resolution progress of service orders to ensure feedback within the stipulated timeframe.
* Coordinate spare parts shipment, returns, and repair status updates.
* Periodically compile statistics on types and frequency of post-sale issues to support product quality improvement.
* Customer communication and follow-up
* Conduct customer satisfaction follow-ups for those who have received repairs or spare parts shipments.
* Collect customer feedback
* Manage customer complaints and promptly report serious issues or potential public opinion incidents.
* Application of after-sales service policies
* Understand and correctly apply company warranty policies and spare parts pricing.
* Guide distributors to properly complete after-sales service requests.
* Explain and document cases not meeting warranty requirements.
* Update after-sales service records and spare parts inventory entries/exits daily.
