MAINTAIN THE GOOD CONDITION AND FUNCTIONALITY OF ALL MECHANICAL INSTALLATIONS THROUGH DEFINED MAINTENANCE ACTIVITIES INCLUDING PREVENTIVE, PREDICTIVE, CORRECTIVE, AND ROUTINE TASKS.
