Collaborative work environment We are looking for a **Project Draftsperson** with a background in **Architecture or Engineering** to join our project development team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and developing **construction drawings and executive projects**, ensuring technical accuracy, regulatory compliance, and documentation quality. This position participates in the development of **residential, commercial, and retail projects**, collaborating with design, engineering, and construction coordination teams. Responsibilities * Preparation and development of **architectural and construction drawings**. * Development of **executive projects** based on preliminary designs or design criteria. * Modeling and documentation of projects in **Revit**. **(PREFERRED)** * Preparation of detailed drawings in **AutoCAD**. * Review and updating of drawings according to project changes. Requirements * **Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering** (graduated or intern). * Minimum of **2 to 3 years** of experience in developing **executive projects**. * Advanced proficiency in **AutoCAD**. * Proficiency in **Revit** for modeling and documentation. **(PREFERRED)** * Knowledge of construction processes and detail development. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team.
