Active participation in internal events and activities **PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:** Contribute to staff development by creating internal training content, activities, and experiences that foster learning, integration, and organizational culture. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Participate in structuring the annual training calendar and ensure each course is delivered on the scheduled dates. * Develop topics, presentations, manuals, and group activities, adapting language and methodology according to the target audience. * Participate fully—from planning to execution—in recreational and festive activities, encouraging staff engagement and identification with company culture. * Manage required training resources (venues, coffee breaks, materials, projectors), ensuring all are prepared before each session begins. * Organize and maintain attendance records and evaluations, ensuring training files are complete and up-to-date. * Prepare and disseminate timely information regarding trainings, internal activities, and events. * Support administration of assessments and surveys, as well as follow-up on results and feedback. * Collaborate with the Organizational Development Manager on departmental activities and projects. **REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:** Essential: * Basic knowledge of training delivery steps (Opening, Development, Closing) under standard EC0217. * Ability to facilitate team-building activities and support group instruction. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Strong verbal communication skills for promoting internal programs and events. * Basic knowledge of DNC.
