Development of support materials and technical instructions An industrial electronic equipment distribution company is seeking a Technical Support Intern. On-site position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Workday of 6 hours + 1 hour for lunch. The workplace is located in the **Mitras area**, within the municipality of Monterrey; it is essential to have convenient transportation access to this area. We are located near an **ECOVIA** station and a Line 1 **METRO** station. We are also close to the UANL San Nicolás Campus and the UVM Cumbres Campus. **Requirements:** · Student pursuing a degree in Electronic Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or related field. · Basic knowledge of electronics and instrumentation. · Basic knowledge of automation and/or configuration of control equipment. · Intermediate and technical English. · Strong spelling and writing skills. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **Responsibilities:** · Register customer support requests. · Remotely resolve inquiries regarding equipment operation. · Resolve internal inquiries from the sales team. · Contact the technical departments of commercial partners to resolve inquiries (in English). · Document incidents related to equipment failures and their resolutions. · Develop support materials for training the sales and support teams. · Prepare simplified Spanish-language instructions for equipment and/or their configurations. · Provide technical information to sales representatives and customers. · Assist the support team with equipment configuration and testing for units sold and shipped from our facilities. **Employer’s Job Offer:** · Salary: $8,000 per month.
