Perishables Store Manager [Upcoming Opening]

Description

**Job Objective:** Responsible for ensuring standard store operations, customer service, and adherence to sales and expense budgets, driving sales growth through proper product display, preparation, and replenishment in compliance with authorized processes. **Responsibilities:** * Achieve sales targets * Supervise prospecting plans and customer visits * Monitor store operations according to employee-assigned tasks * Increase store transactions * Ensure proper use and functionality of tools and equipment assigned to the store * Control product seizures * Ensure store security via alarm systems * Lead weekly meetings to report on store and staff status * Ensure onboarding training process for new personnel **Requirements:** * Residency in Tapachula, Chiapas * Retail or self-service industry experience (Dunosusa, Willys, Sahuayo, Tiendas 3B, CIMA, Keken, Sanchez, Pitico, Monterrey, Bodega A, Chedraui, Soriana, etc.) * Bachelor's degree or engineering degree in Administration or Business * Full schedule availability * Experience managing personnel * Proven track record of meeting sales goals and objectives **We Offer:** * Base weekly salary + monthly bonuses * Weekly food vouchers and savings fund * Social security, Infonavit points, and increased AFORE contributions * Loans, annual bonus, and thirteenth-month bonus (aguinaldo) * All legally mandated benefits Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $19,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Food vouchers Education: * Completed bachelor's degree (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
